James has served as an executive, entrepreneur, and investor in healthcare firms across multiple international markets. Prior to Fitzroy, James held increasingly senior positions at KPMG, The Advisory Board Company, and Standard & Poor's. He is a trusted advisor to many US health system CEOs, Boards, and executive teams and has worked with a variety of health ministries internationally. He currently sits on the Boards of Panda Health, Salute Safety, and Tarpon Health. In 2009, James was named Entrepreneur of the Year by The Wharton School. He holds a BA from The University of Melbourne and an MBA from Columbia University.

Ashley is an experienced healthcare advisor, executive, and entrepreneur whose career has bridged the health system, health plan, and health tech sectors. Prior to Fitzroy, Ashley built and scaled solutions for the Advisory Board, Premier, Kaufman Hall, and Socially Determined. In this capacity, she collaborated with some of the largest healthcare organizations in the US. Ashley serves on the Board of DC Greens. She was named one of the “Top 25 Emerging Leaders” in the field by Modern Healthcare, described as one of “the most impressive leaders driving change across the industry.” She holds a BA from Duke University and an MPH from Columbia University.

From launching joint ventures to expanding licensing pipelines to co-developing digital health solutions, James’ career has focused on bringing to market science and innovation that improves healthcare outcomes and optimizes performance. Prior to Fitzroy, James was a management consultant in McKinsey & Company’s healthcare practice, advising the world’s largest healthcare institutions and held a faculty position at the Advisory Board Academies. He is an Entrepreneur in Residence at Mass General Brigham and serves on the Boards of multiple high-growth companies across the sector. He holds a BA from Princeton University and an MBA from Wharton.
